Terms of Service

By visiting dgpack.com (the "Site"), requesting a quotation, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with DG Pack's products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

DG Pack is a foreign trade company specializing in automated and customized packaging machinery. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Consultation, design, and supply of packaging machinery
• Free sample testing to verify machine suitability before purchase
• Custom engineering and one-stop manufacturing solutions
• After-sales support, spare parts, and remote diagnostics
• Agent and partnership opportunities in overseas markets

DG Pack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All quotations provided by DG Pack are non-binding until a formal written purchase agreement or proforma invoice is signed by both parties. Quotation prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Customized orders require a signed specification sheet confirming technical requirements, packaging formats, and applicable certifications before production commences. Any changes to confirmed orders may result in additional costs or revised lead times.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and the balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. DG Pack accepts T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and other methods as mutually agreed.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. The buyer is responsible for any bank charges, duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Lead times vary by product type and customization level. Estimated lead times will be stated in the purchase agreement. DG Pack is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, port congestion, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise specified in the agreed Incoterms. DG Pack can assist with shipping arrangements upon request.

DG Pack guarantees that all machines undergo 100% quality inspection before shipment under our ISO 9001 quality management system. Standard warranty coverage is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts such as sealing belts and PTFE components are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photos or videos within the warranty period. DG Pack will assess and respond within 5 business days.

All content on this Site--including text, images, technical drawings, product designs, logos, and branding--is the property of DG Pack or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any DG Pack content without express written permission. Custom designs developed for a client remain the intellectual property of DG Pack unless explicitly transferred in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DG Pack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or this Site--including loss of production, loss of profit, or business interruption.

DG Pack's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to such claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

DG Pack respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Site or engaging with our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
