7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DG Pack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to designs, specifications, software, and documentation, remain the property of DG Pack or our licensors. Custom designs created for specific clients may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of business. This includes technical specifications, pricing information, and business strategies.
10. Force Majeure
DG Pack shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, wars, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
